We knew we had to step up when the pandemic struck because we observed the organizations in our town were having difficulty. We so put on our work gloves and started using our expertise to assist them in whatever manner we could. Initially, our only concern was helping these NGOs maintain their operations and carry on providing assistance to individuals in need. However, as we continued our investigation, amazing things occurred. We discovered that we were becoming enamored with the technology we were using to maintain those essential services, address issues, and connect individuals.
